How far ahead can I place an order?

Most orders can ship as soon as the next business day. Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer same day shipping unless noted in the product description.

When ordering for an event, please place your order at least two weeks prior. Choose a delivery date close to your event date.

Our cake pops, petit fours and half dipped cookies are made fresh and do not contain additional preservatives. They will remain fresh at room temperature for 5-7 days from the original ship date. To keep these items fresh longer, place them in the freezer (leave wrapped) for 2-3 months. Simply thaw and serve an hour or two before your event. 

Our pretzels, krispies, and OREOS will remain fresh at room temperature for approximately 10 days. If you are purchasing our products for a future event, you can freeze them for up to 3 months (leave them wrapped in the plastic bags). Simply thaw and serve an hour or two before your event. 

We take great pride in our products. We cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for any damage and/or delays that occur once your order has shipped. Delivery delays should be discussed directly with the shipping carrier (UPS, FEDEX,  or USPS).

Our products are made in a facility that handles tree nuts. All products may contain WHEAT, EGG, MILK, AND SOY INGREDIENTS.
